H MART is Hiring an Accounts Payable Associate (Bilingual ENG/KOR) Near Lyndhurst, NJ
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Process invoices from various locations for payment and makes good relationship with stores and vendors.
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling weekly/monthly statements and related transactions.
- Document all accounts payable transactions and creating historical records by scanning documents.
- Monitor SAP vs. QB/B1 interface.
- Manage intercompany transactions and monitoring AP/AR balance.
- Manage the daily cash position to balance in-flow and outflows.
- Manage fund control and review trade and expense payable.
- Perform monthly closing (GR/IR clearing).
- Work with internal and external auditors during review and audits to ensure full cooperation and compliance with qualified requests.
Job Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Economics or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Knowledge in SAP is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
